Hi I am David ‘Sunny’ Miezis - a Mortgage Broker on the Central Coast of NSW. I love giving my wonderful clients the best possible experience by guiding them expertly through their own home loan and property journey.

I can offer you accessible financial advice online, in-person or from the comfort of your home & am flexible with times as we know how busy life is - meetings on weeknights or weekends are totally fine.

I don’t charge any fees direct to my clients and my speciality areas include First Home Buyers, Property Investors, Sole Traders and Self-employer Clients, Owner Builders and any client looking for the best possible interest rate out there - I can match it with the best of them.

If you are a first home buyer, I can walk you through each step of the buying process - from help finding a conveyancer, to property reports, researching government grants and schemes - right through your borrowing capacity and onto settlement and beyond.
